This versatile valve can be operated manually, electrically, or pneumatically, giving you the flexibility to choose the method that suits your preferences. The electric or pneumatic actuator effortlessly converts axial movement into a 90-degree rotation of the valve shaft, ensuring seamless opening and closing. You can select from three types of actuators: Normally open (NO), normally closed (NC), or air/air (A/A).
But that's not all! The valve is equipped with a multi-position handle that allows for precise control over the medium flow. With 15° adjustments in its open or close positions, you can achieve the perfect flow control for your specific requirements. The pulling handle also offers four multi-function positioning options for both open and close positions, providing even more flexibility.
Our valves comply with various industry standards such as DIN, 3A, SMS, ISO/IDF, BS/RJT, and ASME/BPE, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. The valve consists of two pieces of valve body, a disc, a gasket for the valve disc, and all the necessary bolts and nuts for assembly. For our 3-piece butterfly valve, we also include two flanges and two gaskets for the flange. With a wide range of options available, including welded, clamp, male, weld/male, union/male, and three pieces, you can find the perfect valve to suit your needs.
We offer stainless steel pneumatic actuators in three different specifications: Φ85, Φ108, and Φ133. If you prefer aluminum actuators, we have specifications such as ZT050D, ZT063D, ZT075D, ZT088D, ZT100D, and ZT115D. And for those who prefer electric actuators, we have specifications like HL-05, HL-10, and HL-20. Detailed specifications can be found on pages 192-196 of our catalog.
Installing the actuator is easy with the included bracket and bolts. For manual operation, we offer a pulling handle in two different specifications, which can be found on page 191. Additionally, we provide a multi-position stainless steel handle that can be used on various specifications ranging from DN10 to DN100/3A, 3/4" to 4"/SMS19-102, DS1" to 4"/ISO.IDFΦ19-Φ108. If you prefer a plastic handle, we have the same options available as the stainless steel multi-position handle. The handle is securely fixed with a bolt for added stability.

For payment, we prefer 100% T/T, with 30% T/T in advance and the remaining 70% T/T before shipment.
Rest assured, our valves come with a warranty period of 13 months after the B/L date. During this time, we provide free replacement parts (EXW) for any easily damaged or quality-defective parts. Please note that the warranty does not cover improper operation or man-made damage caused by buyers. For more details, please refer to our Operation Manual.
