Application:
There are T-type and L-Type 3way ball valve can make the three positive intersection pipeline contact to each other or cutting the third passage.Plays a role of shunting and the confluence.L-type 3-way ball valve can contact two positive intersection pipeline,But can't keep the third pipeline contact to each other ,only play a role of distribution.3-way ball valve in pipeline mainly be used to cutting ,distribution and change the media's flow direction.
Working Principle:
3-way ball valve's working principle is by revolving valve core to turn on or off the valve
Matters need attention by installation or maintenance 3-way ball valve:
1. Need reserve place of rotary valve handle
2. Cannot be used as a throttle
3. Ball valve with transmisson shall be install in vertical
The working of the three-way ball valve:
L-type 3-way ball valve port,Adopt four plane seat ,balance force reliable sealing ,ball core with L port hole .Mainluy used for flow path reversing.
T-type port's 3-way four plane seat ball valve ,Adopt four plane seat force balance ,guarantee reliable sealing when latch channels,Mainly used for bypass flow ,mixed flow ,reversing and three way ports totally open.
