Star - Shaped Discharge Valve

Application:
The star - shapedpowder discharge valve is a simple and fast conveying equipmentwith stable performace and suitable for powder  granuleand other media, and is used in food, biologicalproducts, milk prowder, sugger and other industries.

Work principle: 
When the material in the uppper silofallls under its own weight and fills the gap between the  blades, it is discharge at the lower part with the rotation orreciprocating movement of the baldes, Therefore, the star - shaped discharge valve can discharge quantitatively and continuously. The star-shaped discharge  valvee  is commonlyused  in the transportation of bulk, granular and powderymaterials, at the same time, for the pressure output systemor negative pressyre output system, the star - shapedpowder discharge valve can uniformly and continuously supply the material to the conveying piple to ensure the material in the output tube is relatively stable, so that the the bulkmaterial transporation can work normally.

Pneumatic Motor Principle:
Pneumatic actuatorscovert the pressure energy of compressed air into mechanial energy and generate rotary motion in pneumatic transmission. The commmonly used pneumatic motor is positive displacement air motor, which uses the capacity change of working chamber to actuate, and can be divided into vane type, piston type and gear type.
Pneumatic motors are  quite equivalent to electric motors or hydrulic motors in the terms of function:the driving mechanism relies on the output torque to rotate.

Basic Features
1.Able to carry out stepless speed regulation. When the opening of intake valve or exhaust valve is controlled, that is, the flow of compressed air is controlled, the output power and speed of the motor can be adjusted.
2.Can rotate clockwise and counter - clockwise. When the intake and exhaust directions of the motor are simpley changed, the output shaft of the air motor can rotate clockwise or counter - clockwise, and the direction can be reversed instantaneously, During the direction reversion, the shock is insignificant. Besides, a major advantage of direction reversion is that the motor can ramp up to full speed almost instantaneously. Vane air motor ramps up to full speed in 1.5 seconds.
3.The operation is safe, not affected by vibration, high temperature electromagenetic, radiation, ect..Suitable for  severe working environment, and able to operate under unfavorable conditions, such as flammable, explosive, heat, vibrant, humid and dusty environment.
The above lists the main advantages of air motors compared to electric motors.That is also why air motor are widely applied in different industries. However, air motors also have disadvantages, including poor speed stability, low output power, large air consumption, low efficiency, high noise, and easy to vibrate.
