Material
Valve bodies and caps are delicately cast by CF8, CF3M or 2205 materials; or forged by F316L. In case of specific working conditions, special materials, such as HC/Ti, will also be applied.
Seal Material
Standard PTFE seals are compatible with most operating conditions (-10ºC~+110ºC).
TFM600 seal is also available as an option, which is also compatible with many operating conditions (-60ºC~+150ºC).
POB seal is also available for high-temperature operating conditions (-10ºC~+210ºC).
In the range of its specified working pressures and temperatures, the valve is perfectly sealed. When pressure increases, the sealing performance can automatically be improved. Due to a small friction between seals and valve body, the stem torque is also relatively small.
Our sanitary ball valves are fully sealed in two directions, which comes as standard. The sealing structure can fill the clearance in the cavity, ensuring no media is detained in the cavity, and the cavity and tube can thus be cleaned.
But for front-end or rear-end discharge use, it is more economic and practical to apply half sealed valves.
Flexible 3-PCS Design
3-PCS ball valves are flexible to set up and easy to be maintained online or offline, which significantly minimizes the production downtime due to valve or pipeline maintenance. During maintenance, it is not necessary to disassemble the actuator or joint component from the valve. When the maintenance is completed, it is also convenient to re-amount the valve or actuator components; no calibration is needed.
Integral Mounting Surface
Integral mounting surface conforms with ISO 5211 standards and assists the correct installation of actuator, ensuring the actuator is not able to move when rotating at high speed or loading for a long time. When the valve is working at its highest allowable working pressure, the actuator can still be safely and conveniently removed and maintained.
Surface Roughness
Sanitary ball valves are processed through fine CNC machining. All fluid-contacting surfaces are delicately polished to meet the standards that the internal surface roughness shall meet Ra≤0.8 μm. Or we can meet Ra ≤ 0.4 μm or even Ra ≤0.25 μm according to your requirements. Though, the above standards don't apply for the external surfaces of forged products. The external surface roughness can meet Ra≤0.8 μm or Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.
Strict Assembly Procedure
To prevent contamination, all components, after processing, shall be put in an ultrasonic cleaning sink and cleaned with special solutions to remove oil and grease. Assembly and calibration shall be carried out in a designated cleaning room, so as to make sure that every ball valve can be used in a sanitary system.

Application:
This type valve series is manually, it used to control the material transfer, which is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industrial piping system, to regulate and control the medium flow in the system.
Working principle:
This kind of valve can be operated through actuator (90 degree rotary handle), its actuator or manually with the hand is to revolve the axial movement unto 90degree, so the valve can open or close. The actuator have three type.
Multi-position handle can use to 15 degree adjustment of valve there is 12seat to lock open or close, In that way, the valve can control the flow.
Pulling handle can use to the 4 multi-function to lock open or close. In that way, the valve can control the flow.
Material: Steel parts: 304 stainless steel, stainless steel 316L
Seal: VMQ, FPM, EPDM, PTFE
