In the range of its specified working pressures and temperatures, the valve is perfectly sealed. When pressure increases, the sealing performance can automatically be improved. Due to a small friction between seals and valve body, the stem torque is also relatively small.
Our sanitary ball valves are fully sealed in two directions, which comes as standard. The sealing structure can fill the clearance in the cavity, ensuring no media is detained in the cavity, and the cavity and tube can thus be cleaned.
But for front-end or rear-end discharge use, it is more economic and practical to apply half sealed valves.
3-PCS ball valves are flexible to set up and easy to be maintained online or offline, which significantly minimizes the production downtime due to valve or pipeline maintenance. During maintenance, it is not necessary to disassemble the actuator or joint component from the valve.
