Application:
The series of this valve is a kind of sanitary pneumatic valve which are widely used in stainless steel pipeline system to control and regulate medium flow.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
Material quality: Stainless steel 304L,316L
Seal: EPDM, FPM and VMQ the seals are imported seal material (which conform to the FDA177.2600 standard).
Standard: DIN, 3A, ISO,SMS,IDF,DS,RJT
Flux domination of pipeline: DN25-DN150, 1"-6", applied to the stainless steel pipeline system to regulate and control the medium flow in the system.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Pneumatic actuator is to covert the axial movement of piston to be 90 degree rotation of valve shaft, so that the valve can be open or close to achieve the requirment of control and open /close for the pipeline system.
Intelligent electric valve positioner is a regulator that can control the open range of valve through receving external input setting signal or internal manual setting signal. It used PID arithmetic and PWM control technology to achieving control flow precisely. The advantage of Intelligent electric valve positioner are that has remote automatic control system.
Standard Design:
Various standards of valves can be provided to clients:DIN,3A,SMS,ISO/IDF,BS/RJT,ASME/BPE ect.
The parts of valve usually include :two pieces body of valve,disc,gasket of valve disc,gaskets,and the entire valve is assemble together with bolts and nuts.3 piece butterfly valve also include two flanges and two gaskets of flange.

The series of actuator:1.stainless steel pneumatic actuators specification:Φ85,Φ108 and Φ133; 2.Aluminum pneumatic actuators,specification:ZT050D,ZT063D,ZT075D,ZT088D,ZT100D,ZT115D; 3.Electric actuators,specification:HL-05,HL-10,HL-20.
Actuator is fixed in the valve(by a bracket and bolts)
The specification of NUOMENG manual handle as follows:
1.Pulling handle,we can supply two kinds of specification.
2.Multi-position stainless steel handle can be used on the specification as follows:
DN10-DN100/3A 3/4"-4"/SMS19-102/DS1"-4"/ISO,IDFΦ19-Φ108
3.Multi-position plastic handle can be used on the specification are the same as the stainless steel multi-position handle.
The handle is fixed by a bolt.
DELIVERY:
The delivery depends on different machines with different configurations. Please contact us to confirm it is in stock or not.
PAYMENT:
We prefer to do 100% T/T (30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipment)
WARRANTY:
The warranty period is general 13 months after B/L date. During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts (EXW) which are easy damaged. And also parts caused by machine itself quality problems. Meanwhile, the machine should be under normal operation according to Operation Manual.(Except for improper operation or man-made damaged by buyers)
